There isn’t a man involved, but there is a terrible secret that she must hide from her new friends and neighbours as securely as she needs to hide herself from those she’s left behind.

What is Justine’s Secret?

I was given this by a friend and it was in my bedside reading pile.
I picked it up last night at 7.30pm…….I finished it at 3am, then laid until it was time to get up for work thinking about what I had just read.
I love those books you read in one sitting as it is impossible to put down.
Off to buy more Susan Lewis books (and good eye cream)

I have it to read but not read it yet, just finished the moment she left, I have read almost all of your books, each and everyone has had me hurriedly turning pages, trying to stay awake at night to finish the next chapter. I love your books and have been reading them since 2006, when I discovered you on a holiday in Italy where I found one of your books in a rental apartment. I did write to you once to ask a question about one of your books, can’t remember which one now but it was the one where a girl goes missing and she is found tied to a block under dripping rabbits blood and I wanted to know where the inspiration for this book came from as it was definitely one of your more sinister!

Regards from a HUGE Susan Lewis fan with only 2 more books to complete the set!

Unlike all others here..I haven’t read a single book of yours.
But after an advert I saw it certainly plan to!!
Infact in September when I go on my hols,I read somewhere that sone where ,you have written a triology.please could you tell me the names of those books.
    Much appreciated

    • Susan Lewis says:

The trilogy is not yet complete, but the first two books are No Child of Mine and Don’t Let Me Go. (The third – not yet titled – is due out at the beginning of 2017). There is also a series of four books: Silent Truths, Wicked Beauty, Intimate Strangers and The Hornbeam Tree. If you go to the books page on this website you will find easy to follow links for the books that run in sequence, the order in which books were published and the two memoirs. I hope this helps and thank you very much for choosing to read Susan’s books. We’re absolutely sure you will love them as much as we do. Do stay in touch and let us know 🙂

Just finished reading No place to hide. From almost the beginning it had me guessing why Justine was hiding. Congratulations to Susan Lewis for yet another well written book. I can only hope there are other books similar to that one as it was hard to put down and I love a mystery.

    Best wishes,

  • Mthobisi says:

I did read the book…. Nice one but my question is How you come up with such a story?

  • Carol Rudman says:

I really enjoyed this book as it was the first I have read by Susan Lewis, but please can someone tell me who sent Justine the nasty emails.

  • Juie Proctor says:

I read “No Place To Hide” on the off chance not having read any Susan Lewis novels previously, and I’m so glad I did. A real page turner with a gripping story and believable characters. Now on the lookout for more stories from Susan.

  • Stephanie Gordon says:

Really enjoyed the book, am intrigued as to who was sending justine the emails though

  • Melanie says:

I have read every single one of Susan Lewis books and everyone of her books are brilliant, but I have to say that “No Place To Hide” I felt was left unfinished, although the book was brilliant and had me shocked, but still felt the end was cut short, it just ended. now cant wait to read “The Girl Who Came Back”, but have to wait till June for it to be release here in SA and on IBook’s…….sigh

    • Susan Lewis says:

Hi Melanie, thank you for your lovely comments. I’m sorry you felt No Place to Hide was unfinished. There really wasn’t anywhere else for the story to go I’m afraid. Everything had been explained, issues resolved and it wouldn’t have worked to start going too deeply into what came next when it wasn’t a part of that book’s story. I very much hope you enjoy the Girl Who came Back when it reaches you. Susan

  • Maggie Clark says:

Just finished reading ‘No Place to Hide,’yet another excellent book from Susan. I’ve read all of Susan’s books and like Carrie, another reviewer, they have also helped me through some tough times, particularly the years following my husband’s death from cancer 12 years ago. Can’t wait for the next book. Thank you Susan.

    • Susan Lewis says:

Hi Maggie, I feel very honoured to think that I played a small part in such a difficult time of your life. Thank you for telling me, and I hope the world is very lovely place for you now.

  • Carrie says:

This book was an amazing read. I first read one of Susan’s books on the train into London when I was 19…… I loved it so much I have read everything Susan has written since and I am now 42!!!
This book was spell binding, I literally could not put it down. Susan’s books have certainly kept me afloat during some tough times. This is escapism at its finest!!
Well worth a ready and well worth recommending.

Once again Susan – Thank You!! 🙂

    • Susan Lewis says:
